Just what is puberty, exactly?

Puberty. By the time you reach junior high, it’s a word you’ve heard before. Maybe to you it’s almost cliché – overused – it seems like a word adults automatically connect to “teens”. Perhaps you’ve heard your parents mentioning it. Maybe your teachers have talked about it in health a little bit. Or… maybe not. Just what is puberty, exactly? >
